1.2  Opening statement by Dr Srinivas Tata, Director, Social Development Division, ESCAP.

2.  Panel discussion:

2.1  Round 1: Harmonization of national legislation with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
2.2  Round 2: Fostering innovative partnerships with organizations of persons with disabilities; and political participation of persons with disabilities.
2.3  Round 3: Tackling emerging issues and harnessing opportunities.
2.4  Round 4: Strengthening tracking of progress on disability-inclusive development.
