DANA invites you to join an informal online discussion this coming Tuesday (21 February) to share your observations and any case studies from your experiences in assisting people with disability to access and navigate NDIS supports since July 2022.
You may remember that in September 2021, DANA held two forums about NDIS legislation to explain the amendments proposed to the NDIS Act.
In 2022, the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Participant Service Guarantee and Other Measures) Bill was passed, taking effect from 1 July. (See update on the NDIS website)
Public Interest Advocacy Centre is keen to hear from advocates about how changes from this amendment are working on the ground.
