People with disability and complex support needs often find it difficult to navigate multiple service systems, despite having access to the NDIS and individualised funding.
This workshop will build your capabilities across your own practice and the wider practice of your team and organisation. It will ensure services you provide are high quality, safe and ethical and empowering for people you are supporting. You will learn strategies to understand your role and and demonstrate leadership in promoting and upholding the rights of those you support who live with complex support needs.
