People with disability are invited to join an online information session where you will hear from workers and people with lived experience of disability. They will talk about:
- What happens if you are not able to make decisions about your money and health
- Choosing people to make these decisions for you
- Coming up with a plan for the future if you are in a situation where you cannot make decisions about your health
Family members and supports are welcome to come along and attend the session.
