This role is responsible for keeping DSC’s eLearning moving, current and effective, while steadily improving learning outcomes over time.
This role owns the planning, writing and development of DSC’s online learning. You will manage priorities, maintain content quality and accuracy, coordinate contributors and use evidence to guide continuous improvement.
A key focus of this role is uplifting learning outcomes. You will draw on learner data, customer feedback and qualitative insight to understand what is working, what is not and where targeted improvements can make the biggest difference. Perfect for someone who loves switching between big-picture learning strategy and hands-on course development.
