Teenage brothers Leon and Otis, who lived with disabilities, were found dead in their Perth home along with their parents Jarrod and Maiwenna.
The incident, which police have described as a suspected double murder-suicide, is still being investigated.
A disability advocate says the tragedy highlights the need for more support for families with high-needs children. They have called for greater support for families with high-needs children, after two boys were killed by their parents in what police are investigating as an apparent double murder-suicide.
Brothers Otis, 14, and Leon, 16, who lived with disabilities, were found dead at their family home in the Perth suburb of Mosman Park on Friday morning.
