Six local councils will be hosting free Disability-Inclusive Emergency Planning (DIEP) workshops across Victoria in the coming months led by the University of Sydney and with support from the CFA and Red Cross.
The conversations will bring together multiple stakeholders including service providers to identify and remove barriers to the safety and wellbeing of people with disability before, during and after disasters.
