What is internalised ableism? It is an internal form of discrimination where a person will beat themselves up for having a disability. It is something that as disabled people we can all struggle with from time to time, and is common to experience.
In this workshop, you will explore what internalised ableism looks like and how you can work towards overcoming inner shame, and towards acceptance as well as recognising ways your disability may not actually stop you from doing things.
