Universal and inclusive engagement

This webinar is exploring better practice approaches for regulators seeking to implement universal and inclusive engagement, especially with consumers experiencing vulnerability.

Launching at this webinar Is a guidance paper for sensitive and appropriate engagement with consumers experiencing vulnerability, developed in partnership with the University of Melbourne’s Social Equity Institute. Dr Yvette Maker and Research Fellow Nina Hudson will provide insights from the paper and advice for implementation of its key principles.

Insights from the Essential Services Commission deliberative consumer panel, from process to recommendations, run in partnership with Mendelson Consulting will also be shared.
