E-Learning Officer – National Centre for Disability Advocacy

The Disability Advocacy Network Australia (DANA) is seeking an E-Learning Officer to design and deliver accessible online training for the disability advocacy sector through the National Centre for Disability Advocacy (NCDA).

As our E-Learning Officer, you’ll create high-quality online courses and resources, manage our Moodle-based LMS, and contribute to webinars, peer networks, and sector events. Your work will help build the skills and capacity of disability advocates across Australia.

You’ll be part of the NCDA team, building evidence-based, practical training for advocates and organisations. Your work will include:

  • Designing and maintaining e-learning modules using Open LMS (Moodle-based) and content authoring tools
  • Supporting and facilitating webinars, peer networks, and professional development events
  • Developing accessible guides, factsheets, and online resources
  • Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and working groups to co-design resources
  • Contributing to NCDA communications, including newsletters and video content
