Cancer Council Victoria is pleased to offer the ‘Increasing cervical screening for people with disability’ grant project in 2025.
CCV will award four organisations $50,000 each. Grant applications close 31 October 2025.
The goal of this grant project is to increase the number of eligible people with disability who participate in the National Cervical Screening Program. Over time, this will mean less people with disability get cervical cancer – a cancer that is highly preventable. Victorian organisations serving people with disability (or who are d/Deaf or hard of hearing ), with an interest in this area, are encouraged to submit a grant application. Once selected for a grant, organisations will have two months to plan their projects in detail. Once planning is complete, organisations will have 12 months to deliver their project, between March 2026 – March 2027.
