Choice plays a central role in the National Disability Insurance Scheme’s future. However, Individual choice is a comfort term that can easily feature in company vision statements, policy documents and in practice-based resources without contention. Yet as a practical task it is far from easy to implement.

This toolkit, developed in partnership with RMIT University, and funded by the Australian Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affair, seeks to bridge the implementation gap through a series of guides:
