A Kalgoorlie mother, who has two children living with disabilities, wants other parents and carers who are struggling to seek the help they need. 

She has decided to share her story after teenagers Leon and Otis Clune, who lived with disabilities, were found dead in their Mosman Park home along with their parents last Friday.  

A memorial service for the Clune family was held in Mosman Park on Wednesday night.
