The new Directing Change Mentoring Program is an 8-month mentoring program, where leaders with disability (mentees) are matched with skilled board directors. The aim of this program is to grow the number of leaders with disability in Australian boardrooms..
The program will:
- increase the awareness and confidence of company directors to welcome leaders with disabilities on boards
- foster the leadership and governance capabilities of mentees with disability
- support career development and open doors to board opportunities.
