Making Rights Reality is a program that aims to ensure that people with disabilities who have experienced sexual assault or family violence have equal access to counselling, the criminal justice system, and the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.  Your primary focus in this role  is resourcing SECASA Counsellor Advocates to provide an inclusive and accessible counselling and advocacy service for victim/survivors with disabilities, and in particular those with complex communication needs or cognitive impairment. Additional work and collaborations with other programs across the service including working closely with Monash Health Disability Inclusion Lead and Sexual Assault Service (SASVic) Inclusion and Equity – Disability Lead.
