The Project Support Officer works as part of a team to support the Training, Skills and Higher Education (TSHE) Deputy Secretary’s office, ensuring effective administration and operational support.

The role requires effective written communication, correspondence and record keeping, and the application of administrative policies, procedures and protocols, including support for procurement processes. A high level of engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, is an everyday feature of the role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
