This role will strengthen and support the growth of self advocacy for people with cognitive disability and complex communication support needs from the LGBTIQA+ community.  This 2 day a week role provides direct support to two self advocacy groups, New Wave Rainbow Pride and Rainbow Rights and Advocacy.  Working with group members, Peer Workers, project staff and community organisations is an important part of the position.
