The Melbourne Disability Institute and the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Science’s School of Population and Global Health at the University of Melbourne invite applications for an interdisciplinary PhD scholarship . The project will support research examining the dynamics of social inequality and disability across the life course .

Commencing prior to December 2023 , the PhD candidate will be passionate about making Australia a more equitable society, have highly developed quantitative analysis skills , and a background in demography, statistics, data science, public health, or a closely related discipline.
