Youth Disability Advocacy Service (YDAS) is looking for disabled young people, family and carers from across Australia to contribute to a survey.

They want to know if you have ever felt like your needs were not listened to or respected by your NDIS providers. Have you ever raised your concerns to your NDIS service providers? Has anything prevented you from raising your concerns?

Your responses will help YDAS design an online hub to support you to
• understand your rights
• speak up if there’s a problem with your supports and services.

The survey closes on 31 December 2023.
