Fiona is a skilled and passionate Peer Project Coordinator at Brain Injury Matters, who began working with the organization in the year 2019.
She has been actively involved in several aspects of the organization's work, including establishing and facilitating 4 peer support groups, networking with rehabilitation hospitals and specialized workers, and developing evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of BIM programs. Her hard work and dedication have helped many individuals in need of assistance.
Apart from her professional duties, Fiona is a cheerful and lively person who loves to be out in the community with her guide dog. She enjoys cafes, the gym, and being part of 2 book groups.
Fiona has also studied health economics and financial counselling and is keen to use her skills to empower others to access the services they need.
