Colin Hiscoe

Colin is one of the founding members of Reinforce and has recently stepped down from the position of President after 8 years in the role. Reinforce is the longest running self advocacy group in Australia. Colin is passionate about improving the lives of people living in Community Residential Units (CRU) and has committed his life to fighting for the rights of people with a disability.

This special multi-media event marks the 30th anniversary of funded disability advocacy in Victoria. We will be reminded of the campaigns and personalities that have been telling the story of disability advocacy, how integral these were in building a rich history, and how this strong foundation is what we build on to create a future where rights are respected for all.
