Glynn is passionate about ensuring that people with a disability are given the same opportunities and experiences in life as everyone else in the community.
Over the past 15 years, glynn has been working with 130 people with disabilities living in Gippsland who have been involved with the ASIST outreach program. This program provides skills development education. She has actively encouraged input from service users and the result has been an adjustment in the programs ASIST is now running. Service users have voiced their need for human relations and protective behaviours education, men’s and women’s groups and to develop the skills and confidence and knowledge to speak up.
