Philip Waters is a proud Deaf person and is the General Manager for Deaf Victoria, the peak organisation representing deaf and hard of hearing Victorians. Previously, he was a senior consultant at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission where he worked with organisations to develop diversity and inclusion action plans, gender inclusion strategies. He is interested in engaging and developing partnerships with changemakers in both consumer organisations and policymakers. He is passionate about deaf and hard of hearing people in the Pacific.
