The new Charter of Rights for Parents and Carers with Disability involved with Child Protection in Victoria aims to improve outcomes for parents and carers with disabilities who interact with the child protection system. The Charter recognises the right of parents and carers to maintain a relationship with their children. This short course will:
  • Explain how the charter came about.
