Virgin Australia is under fire over the alleged mistreatment of disabled passengers, after refusing to let two people board.

In separate incidents, Virgin claimed the pair’s wheelchairs were either too big or too heavy.

The victims say it’s all too common, and are calling for airlines to be held to account.
