Australia’s a pioneer with this type of scheme – which directly funds people with disability to receive the support and services they need.

He’s at a UN conference, which brings together representatives of the world’s major powers, disability organisations and human rights bodies to discuss the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and to share best-practice.
