The National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Participant Service Guarantee and Other Measures) Act 2022 passed both houses of Parliament on 30 March 2022 and received Royal Assent on 1 April 2022.

This amendment to the NDIS Act 2013 establishes the Participant Service Guarantee which will improve the experience and outcomes for people with disability who engage with the Scheme.
