Disability Discrimination Act Review consultations now open

The Australian Government is reviewing the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. We want to make sure it is working to protect people with disability.

Public consultation is now open. People with disability, carers, families, kin, advocates, service providers, employers, unions, educational bodies, small businesses, legal professionals, academia and the broader community are invited to participate and share their views.

The submission process and survey are open until 24 October 2025.
