Specialist Disability Accommodation Guidelines

Different types of home and living supports will suit different people. Specialist disability accommodation has been designed to meet the needs for people living with disability who have very high support needs.  Most participants don’t need to live in specialist disability accommodation, and there may be other home and living supports that better suit your needs and preferences.

The guidelines will clarify what options are available to you and how to get specialist disability accommodation into your budget if you are eligible.
