Covid-19 illustrates how quickly systems can adapt when they need to. But how we work has needed to change for a long time. In my state, Victoria, plans to return to the office have been foiled by a second wave of Covid-19. While the circumstances in Melbourne are extremely difficult, I must admit “normal” has not been my bag for a very long time.
